My furnace went out just after New Years. Aaark was the the only company who had a tech available at 5:00 pm. Matt J came out and diagnosed a bad control board on our 23 year old furnace. He gave us several options before we decided to go with a high efficiency Amana furnace. After seeing Aaarks attention to detail and how respectful and knowledgeable the techs and install team were with a price that beat our other bid, my wife and I will not use another company for any other service.

Ethan, the technician that was sent out on this job, was remarkably efficient at diagnosing and solving the issue. He communicated clearly what was wrong and gave me options for repairing it and how to maintain the unit to prevent the problem from recurring. I really appreciate the work this company did.

These guys are excellent! We found the company when our old company would no longer come out to service the evaporative cooler on the roof because it's 3 stories high. Golden West has been taking care of it for two years now, they do a great job, and they're very knowledgeable. Since hiring them for the evap cooler, we now also use them for all the indoor plumbing as well. They've fixed toilet floats, unclogged pipes, and cleaned and fixed a malfunctioning tankless water heater. We got on their loyalty program which has saved us boatloads of money on maintenance calls and services. I'm as happy as can be with their prompt and professional attention!
