I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

I made arrangements to have these guys come out and take a look at our wiring and give us an estimate on what it would take to do (I waited 3 weeks for the appointment just to have them come take a look). He gave me a ballpark verbally and then, his name being Jeff, said he would be sending me a formal estimate and their scheduling person would be in touch. I called and did a follow up with them 2 weeks after they said they'd be sending me estimates/scheduling arrangements, and got a so sorry, we've been busy I'll try to get this over to you today.. that was nearly two weeks ago. I sent an inquiry through the website as a final hey, giving you every opportunity here kind of thing as I am just sick and tired of contractors wasting my time for appointments that they do not follow up on, and still nada. So here you go guys, the review you deserve.

Justin replaced a ceiling fan for me. He was really nice and professional. He arrived early and was extremely thorough. He also made recommendations when spotting other things around the house, but wasn’t pushy whatsoever about having that done by them. I would definitely recommend Justin and Interstate Electric and Solar to friends and family, as well as use them myself again.

Called this emergency electrician after my light fixture started flickering and buzzing. He came in to fix it and I was so happy with the service I received. He was able to fix the issue quickly and left a nice note on my table to explain what he did throughout the process.

The electrician did a great job very pleasant individual very knowledgeable I am very pleased with their work I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs work for electrical needs.

Terrible customer service. Danielle needs to find a job that doesn't involve having to deal with people, as she is God awful at it.
