Edward was very knowledgable about exactly what I needed. We purchased a home with aluminum wiring and he explained what type of outlets were necessary and checked the outlets to make sure they were the appropriate ones. Which the seller's electrician was lost about. They essentially paid someone to show up and open a couple outlets and give no information. Edward explained and showed the proof of the info we needed. I only gave one star because I had to. TOOK MD OFF TRAINING AND EXPECTED ME TO UNDERSTAND THE JOB. SUPERVISOR WAS NOT IN THE OFFICE TO TRAIN ME EVEN AFTER THEY CUT TRAINING DUE TO THE WEATHER. WE WERE SUPPOSED TO RESUME TRAINING THE NEXT FOLLOWING WEEK BUT THEY NEVER DID.
