First time needing an electrician, as half our house lost power. Went online, and picked 4G Electrician of Dallas randomly, and so fortunate that we did. They arrived when they were supposed to, energetic, and ready to work. All in all a GREAT experience from start to finish.

Trevor was very thorough and helpful with getting our tankless water heater back up and running. He also went the extra mile to get information on how we can get the best use out of our water heater. He was great!

This company is exceptional! They will definitely be my go to for any electrical work. I highly recommend them to everyone! The work was perfect and they made sure that I was happy with everything before they left for the day. The electricians were so careful to make sure my home was not damaged or dirty from any of the work they did. They even put shoe protectors on their shoes! Electricowork LLC did a wonderful job on all the items that I requested that they work on. There were quite a few and they got it all done in one day! I was amazed at how much difference their work made. They responded quickly and they were VERY fair with their pricing even doing a few things with no charge! They were super nice too! We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Everyone I interfaced with from scheduling the service call to the completed repair were very professional, polite, and personable. Thank you for the wonderful service!

I called Electric Pros on a whim hoping they would be open at 7pm two days before Thanksgiving because my husband and I needed help hanging a chandelier we thought we could do on our own. Jackson with Electric Pros answered and promptly set a next day (day before Thanksgiving) consult appointment to give me an accurate quote. He came in, was able to hang our Chandelier same day and it only took him 30 minutes tops and it looks AMAZING! Thank you guys for helping us out you’ve made our day and our nursery!

I called this company to come out and fix my AC problem. I was losing refrigerant so they came out and, without diagnosing the leak, decided to put a leak sealant in my system. (Which wasn't recommended by A 1 Air) I was also charged for the service fee even though I got the issue resolved. They even charged me $55 to tighten a screw that was apparently loose on a part. If that doesn't say they're scammers idk what is. A couple days later it started getting hot again so I had to call them back out. This time the owner came out. He proceeded to tell me I had multiple leaks inside my unit. He recommended to replace the inside unit totaling $3k. I realized that I might have a warranty through another company so I decided to call them out.They came out and did a compression test to determine where EXACTLY the leak was. Come to find out there were NO leaks in the inside unit. He actually found the leak inside the outside unit. It was one hole that needed soldering. I called back A Anderson demanding a refund many times. They refused my request but they did come back out and solder the hole. The other company charged me $500, A Anderson charged me $600 all because I needed a solder job. A Anderson didn't even try to offer a refund or discount. I paid $1100 for a simple job all because of the incompetence of Anderson AC.

This company is very personable and did an excellent job replacing one of my units. I am extremely satisfied and would recommend this company to perform their services. I will call them again when its time to replace my 2nd unit. Thank you Xtreme!
