An upgrade was done about two years ago by a competitor of Caddell Electric and it was way over my budget as well as the technician wanted to upsale me and wouldn't use items I had already purchased for the upgrade.This time, I just needed some basic electrical installs, and decided to go with Caddell Electric.The scope of work consisted of installing two (purchased by home owner) ceiling fans (one with light-kit), two ceiling lights (very basic), and one vanity light which gave the technician some trouble, but he made it happen!My technician was Damon. He completed all the work in about three hours, was clean, professional, and on time. Xavier and Adrian were at my house pretty much all day, working so hard on several projects: replacing two chandeliers with light/fan fixtures, wiring for and installing two new electrical outlets on our patio, repairing a shorted out light switch and replacing another outlet that was faulty. They also did a very thorough safety inspection and explained everything that they found there. They were very professional, did a great job, and I was impressed by the communication from the company as a whole!

Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!
