I highly recommend the team from Caddell Electric. We had them out this morning for work in our house. No surprises, no hidden fees, just excellent service from two professionals.

I paid him $500 to tag himself to my permit that I pulled myself and paid for at the City of Dallas. He tagged himself to my permit, took my money, and then 3 days later withdrew himself. Now I have to find another master licensed electrican for the final inspection. These master license contractors make a side business taking advantage of homeowners who pull their own permits and charge crazy rates just to tag themselves to permits I already paid for. He brought his kid on the job, which is extremely unprofessional. His kid walked around, in and out of my house like he owned it picking up all my extra material and going through MY home depot bags trying to take supplies that were not his dad's. I had to tell him several times, hey buddy, that is my stuff I paid for, please leave it. Save yourself the trouble and find another master lisenced electrican.

Carlos is a great guy! We always call him when we need anything at all done at our business. He is prompt and gets the job done quickly and correctly. We will continue to call Carlos for our electrical and handy man needs!

Did a major remodel. When they arrived, wires were hanging and walls were missing. It was nice having two master electricians putting thing back together. They were professional, methodical and on price. These gentleman are rock solid in my book.

When I called them to get an estimate to fix a minor issue, they said they would charge me 49$ for service charge. I was fine with that. They came and looked at the issue and said they would charge me 125$ to fix the issue. I wasstill ok with that. They removed the lights looked at it and said I need to replace the whole thing and said they need to charge me 90$ extra to replace it on top of 125$ +49$ service charge. So I asked them why are they charging me 125$ for. They said it's diagnostic. But I was never mentioned about a diagnostic fee of 125$ when I called in the first place. Only the 49$ to come down and check. Don't know why little things which take 30-45 minutes to fix for a technician takes hundreds of dollars. Expensive.
