Outdoor outlets stopped working overnight. Contacted EZ Fix Electric at 11am on Friday and they were at my house by 1pm the same day. Super friendly, extremely prompt and great communication. Quickly fixed my electrical issue. Highly recommend and we will be using EZ Fix for future electrical needs.

What a great company! He brought a tall ladder and replaced a smoke alarm and put in an LED light in in my 20 feet ceiling, which was a feat in itself; plus he fixed and cleaned my blinds up there which I could never reach. Then he discontinued an old Verizon battery that was beeping and driving me crazy, and then he replaced two more smoke alarm batteries. As far as I am concerned he went above and beyond to help me and I can not say enough good stuff .

We have used J-Five on several ocassions: trouble with a circuit not working, installing new lights and ceiling fans, and replacing older switches with with new ones. Jerry once had to investigate 8-10 outlets to find the culprit, then repaired it with with dispatch. Jeremy has installed several new lights, electrical and cable outlets and relcated service with expertise.Everyone from J-Five has been professional, easy to talk with and knew what they were doing, even when presented with tough, unusual situations.I will be using them again in a few weeks as we are doing more remodeling.

Tom was amazing - I had called D&K because we had a problem with one of the circuits in our house. Tom was responsive and quick on fixing issues! I was unlucky enough to have a power surge cause some damage to my house. Of course, these things never happen on a weekday; this happened late on a Friday night. Mister Sparky was the first company I called after I read that they were available 24 hours. At first it seemed there wasn't anyone available to come out that night, but the dispatcher (Colin) was able to find someone. The electrician that came out (Steven B.) was friendly, courteous, and professional despite it being midnight. He replaced my fried outlet and gave me advice about what to do while I waited for Oncor to make repairs to the electric wires in the alley. When power was restored in the morning, I realized that the house surge protector was dead. Steven had advised me to call Mister Sparky if I needed it replaced. I called on Saturday and Amanda was able to schedule me an appointment for the next day early in the morning. The electrician (Steve) showed up promptly, checked everything out, and gave me a detailed estimate while presenting different options for me. Once I picked what I wanted done, he did the work quickly and efficiently. He was also friendly and courteous and explained everything to me that he did. I am very pleased with the work that was done on both days and by both electricians. Yes, it was a tiny bit pricy but I think it was worthwhile for the good experience I had, and because I needed work done ASAP on the weekend to feel my home was safe and protected. I would definitely use Mister Sparky again.

My friend referred me to Anthony Aguilar with Medallion Electric for installation of a NEMA 14-50 outlet for my Tesla. I called Anthony on a Monday and he had his electricians to my house within 1 hour to take a look of the work needed to be done. Within 30 mins after his electricians leaving my house, I received a formal quote from Anthony. The quote was significantly cheaper than the rest of the electricians, who seem to mark up electrical work for Tesla (aka the Tesla Tax). The following day, Anthony's electricians came to my house and were finished within 30 minutes. I have recommended Medallion Electric to a few of my friends who have recently purchased Teslas, too. Great service, great quality work, great communication, and super efficient with time!
