Had a great experience with Mr. Electric. Communication on the phone to schedule appointment was top-notch. They texted me immediately to Technician’s faces so I knew who exactly was coming our facility, and when they will be there .They sent out the technician he was on site in less than 45 minutes. Definitely recommend Philip Christensen he was very thorough and professional. It’s nice to see great communication, fast response and a fair price. Customer for life.

This is my fourth time using Caddell Electric and they always show up on time and provide honest recommendations. Caddell has installed and/or repaired numerous items for me ranging from sockets to breaker boxes and surge protection. I have met three separate technicians and all are friendly, professional, and explain everything in terms anyone can understand. Very pleased.

I needed a new breaker panel installation, so I called Bright Light Electric. Immediately, I got a good impression from Sandra on the first call. She was very polite. After briefly describing what I thought I needed, she said that Carlos needed to schedule an appointment to actually view the onsite situation. He called me the next day, Friday, we made the appointment for Saturday at 9am, and Saturday morning at 9am, Carlos was here, right on time. I like punctual! He patiently listened to what I could tell him and took the time to explain what he needed to do and wanted to do. The following Monday I had a bid proposal in my e-mail.We set up a two-day appointment, and again, he was here exactly when he said he would be. Having three greyhounds, I asked Carlos to be quite vigilant of their being in his workspace when ingressing and egressing the gate. He cleaned up the work area before leaving and was again on time to finish the second day. He assisted me in preparing the portable power generator, patiently explained the step-by-step procedures to switch from the power grid to the generator and then tested the systems to ensure that they performed as intended. Everything worked on the first try.Carlos is a licensed Master Electrician with 27 years' experience, growing up and working in Dallas. Bright Light is, basically, Carlos, Sandra and a journeyman; if you call Bright Light, you get Carlos. Carlos did what he said he would do, and I am very pleased with his work and performance. I would definitely recommend Carlos and Bright Light.

I called this emergency electrician to fix my electrical issue and I was so pleased with the service. He arrived on time and was able to diagnose and fix the problem for me in no time. If you need an electrician, you should call this one!

I can’t recommend Edward and his team enough. They are knowledgeable, professional and great at what they do. There’s no reason to use anyone else for your electrical work. A quick story- months after they completed their job at my house, I had a question about a switch I was trying to install myself, and instead of taking advantage of me and coming out for a repair, Edward walked me through my mistake over the phone and guided me step by step on fixing the issue. DES is the best!

When I called them to get an estimate to fix a minor issue, they said they would charge me 49$ for service charge. I was fine with that. They came and looked at the issue and said they would charge me 125$ to fix the issue. I wasstill ok with that. They removed the lights looked at it and said I need to replace the whole thing and said they need to charge me 90$ extra to replace it on top of 125$ +49$ service charge. So I asked them why are they charging me 125$ for. They said it's diagnostic. But I was never mentioned about a diagnostic fee of 125$ when I called in the first place. Only the 49$ to come down and check. Don't know why little things which take 30-45 minutes to fix for a technician takes hundreds of dollars. Expensive.

Gravity Electric installed a whole house generator, including delivery and placement of the unit and various load shed modules and the transfer switch. They performed all electrical and plumbing for natural gas with their own in house crews. They are professional, courteous, super clean, well qualified, ready to answer any questions, work well with the city for inspections, and show up on time until they finish. The owner handled any small glitches personally and knew everything that was happening as the job proceeded. The office staff stays on top of things very effectively. The pricing is very competitive for such a professional group. I could not be more pleased with the peace of mind, quality of work product, and work ethic they provided and would unconditionally recommend them. It is not usually pleasant to have work done at your home, but if you hire this company they will change your mind about having contractors in your home. The experience could not have gone more smoothly! Super people!

Peter with B&C replaced my panel (upgraded from the original 1970 rusted panel). Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. Peter pointed out and corrected items not within the scope of a normal panel replacement. After completing the job, also repaired a bad outlet in my kitchen, bringing the kitchen up to code. I would use B&C again for any major or minor electrical issue.
