Dave absolutely rock solid, arrived early, professional and courteous, quickly looked at the outside a/c equipment, offered 2 different solutions and their consequences, in simple clear language, and we went forward with the best fitting option. Dave fixed it quickly, came into house to check the cooling temperature, made sure nothing went wrong, and finished the house call. the company's lady on my initial phone call was so professional and courteous, and answered my questions without hesitation, that earned my trust. so very glad we took a chance with Electrician on Call. will refer them to everyone we know. not kidding.

Called and got an appointment right away. He arrived on time, fixed 2 outdoor outlets, changed the 2 front door lights and installed a smart switch. I would recommend them.

Lance and Elijah were the technicians sent to my house. They did a fantastic job and were very efficient. They met all of my electrical needs within my lunch hour. The technicians were sure to put disposable booties on in order to not track dirt in the house as well as took care when moving my belongings around. They explained, on a high level (I am not an electrician or even anything close to an electrician), the roots of the issues. I highly recommend Caddell Electric and will use them for future electrical needs! I found them through The Good Contractor's List which I highly recommend as well.

Repairing some faulty electrical outlets and switches was among the most challenging tasks I had to complete. Very nice and highly organized, he always arrived on time. The outcome was fantastic, and the work was finished to perfection.

Edward was very knowledgable about exactly what I needed. We purchased a home with aluminum wiring and he explained what type of outlets were necessary and checked the outlets to make sure they were the appropriate ones. Which the seller's electrician was lost about. They essentially paid someone to show up and open a couple outlets and give no information. Edward explained and showed the proof of the info we needed. We plan on using their services to rework our carport electrical soon. They're awesome and quick to respond.

I called Electric Pros on a whim hoping they would be open at 7pm two days before Thanksgiving because my husband and I needed help hanging a chandelier we thought we could do on our own. Jackson with Electric Pros answered and promptly set a next day (day before Thanksgiving) consult appointment to give me an accurate quote. Good Afternoon AJ, I wanted to thank you again for taking my call last Sunday night, when I told you I was the only house without power and didn't know how it could be an Oncor issue- well your suggestion that it could be the meter was correct. At 2am Monday (4 1/2 hours later) Oncor came, tested and replaced the meter- Voilà all good.
