The company sends out incompetent technicians. Tried to simply get a quote for a generator install. The tech that came did not understand the job. Gave incorrect information. Never provided even a quote. In trying to get in touch with someone at their office, George Dupont manager called me but I tried to call back 5 different times, never answer. WHen finally spoke was less than helpful. When I tried to explain the insanity I had experienced with the company. Became defensive, stated it was being talked about internally and then said they did not want my job. All I ever did was try to get a quote to install a generator. Terrible company. DO NOT USE.

We had to get a fan fixed not too long ago. Since I don't know many individuals who work in the industry, I had no idea who to call when my own personal fan stopped working. We got lucky with the repairman that showed up, who happened to be an electrician. He did an excellent job, made the necessary repairs, and completed the work swiftly.

I had a breaker triggered regularly. He checked the outlets, power, and the Electrical panel. A microwave plugged to that breaker appears to be the issue.

Peter came to my house to replace an old Federal Pacific panel and also installed a new meter box and riser. Basically he brought my whole house up to code. He did an awesome job on the work, was extremely detailed and careful, and even took the time to explain to me the ins and outs of how various things worked (I know very little about electrical). On top of his excellent work, he is very kind and I really enjoyed talking with him. All in all my experience couldn't have been better - don't miss out on Peter and B&C if you need electrical work done!

Milestones Luis Medina, Nathan and Chad were the absolute best! They explained everything in detail and even showed me step by step what they were doing. I felt very reassured and comfortable with their work. They also let me know about additional issues that I might have with the house that I should take a look at even when it didn’t have to deal with the plumbing and or Milestone. This was truly a great experience. When You find out about a major repair that needed attention, they took a bad thing and made it great. I really can’t say enough about these guys. They just finished and I already miss them being here.

I asked to get an estimate for a few electrical issues. Two workers showed up as scheduled, gave me an estimate for the work that was needed. It was at a reasonable cost, so I asked to set up a time to get it done. They said they were ready to do the work now! They got it done. Very polite and professional. I will definitely call them next time I have Electrical issues.

I had a great experience with this company. Our old lighting fixtures were outdated, and they did a great job installing new ones. They were easy to work with, and they even offered us a good deal!

I only gave one star because I had to. TOOK MD OFF TRAINING AND EXPECTED ME TO UNDERSTAND THE JOB. SUPERVISOR WAS NOT IN THE OFFICE TO TRAIN ME EVEN AFTER THEY CUT TRAINING DUE TO THE WEATHER. WE WERE SUPPOSED TO RESUME TRAINING THE NEXT FOLLOWING WEEK BUT THEY NEVER DID.
