I recently bought a older home that required quite a bit of rewiring and a new panel. Lance and Elijah did a fantastic job. Everyone was easy to communicate with, professional and did solid work. I won't hesitate to use Caddell Electric again for any project.

Communication, before - during and after was great.Very courteous and respectful to our home. The team cleaned internally and outside our home after completing the work. The team arrived to our home wearing masks and completed everything within the estimate price.All around good experience.Recommend.

They installed a whole house generator and did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the different aspects of the installation from electrical, plumbing, code, Oncor. I highly recommend them and plan to have them back to work on replacing some existing panels.

Service was fast and effective. Scheduling was easy and everyone very friendly. I would give it 3.5 stars really.My issue was the price. We had 1 wall in the master randomly lose power. The tech quoted $400 just to dig in and figure out why which I thought was super high. When he got in, there was aluminum wiring which is apparently incident prone. Overall, I paid $650 to fix 2 plugs that were causing the issue. I think the price is high for what was less than 2 hours of work which was also including his initial breaker check and explanations. The actual fix didn’t take more than 45 minutes... I would probably call someone else next time due to that. Although super nice people.

If i could give this company 0 stars I would. They work illegally and dont like to get city permits.

This guy is so good at his job. He’s fast at answering the phone. He has been doing this for a long time so he is very excellent at his job. Will definitely recommend to anyone living in his working area Dallas Fort Worth. He probably acts faster than Oncor!

Very good. They did exactly as they told me on the initial appt and cleaned up after themselves. They also did a full review of the electrical system in my house and made recommendations with explanations to update my system.

I once worked there. They do high-end work on high-end homes. Mainly in the Dallas area. Very reputable business, with great customer relations. It was an awesome place to work.

Called expecting a $500-$600 repair based on quotes I received for repairing recessed lights in 20 foot ceilings. Before getting out the large ladder and charging extra, they tried to locate the lights from above in the attic and found them. Final charge was about half of what I was expecting. Definitely recommend this company for their professionalism and honesty.

Very punctual and professional. All issues were resolved quickly. The employees are also very nice and friendly. I will definitely use in the future for any issues!

We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Everyone I interfaced with from scheduling the service call to the completed repair were very professional, polite, and personable. Thank you for the wonderful service!
