DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIMEI called originally because I have an issue with my doorbell in my new home and I needed a few things installed (3 ceiling fans, 2 Nest thermostats, 2 Nest CO2 detectors). The supervisor called me back and set an appointment. After waiting for 2 hours after the appointment time, I called them back. Turns out, they had tried ringing my doorbell - the same thing I was having the issue with not working - and they left. After I called the main office, the supervisor (Gerardo) called me back. He tried to reschedule me for a week later! After some dialogue he agreed to come back later that day. When I reminded him of everything that else we had talked about that needed to be installed, he told me that they didn't do Nest thermostats. Why didn't he tell me that in the first place?!? I never would have made the original appointment had I known that. Just an awful, awful experience.
