Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

Technician, Alex Sauceda, came on Christmas Eve at 8 pm to see why heater from newly installed air handler blowing only cool air continuously during the frigid weather. After checking system thoroughly and determining everything working okay, he explained to us that system needs to be set to Emergency Heat at low temps to activate electric heaters to assist inefficient heat pump. We are extremely grateful to Alex for his thoroughness and clear explanation to get our heater working as it should.
