Chris and his assistant provided us with excellent service. Chris had to leave and comeback multiple times to complete the job due to special needs of the job. Milestone decided that another firm should be brought in for a consultation on water that had leaked around a toilet. They contacted a reputable firm who came to our house and reviewed the leak, provided a repair recommendation to us and Milestone. This was done at no cost to us. Chris is returning to reinstall the commode. Excellent service, excellent product, excellent price - what else do you need? This is why we always call Milestone when we need something repaired,

Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

My experience with Cody and Dalton was excellent. They were both knowledgeable, personable, and professional. They clearly knew what was wrong with our water heater and explained why it malfunctioned. They gave me all the options and weren’t at all pushy, which was fantastic.

Scheduling was easy and our Fixer (Jose) repaired both our main issue (water damage) and a number of other small items around the house quickly. He let us know early what he could do and where we would need to bring in a specialist and gave us detailed advice on how to direct the specialist to avoid similar damage in the future. We'd definitely use them again!

This company installed my HVAC system in 2019. The system was not heating today and I called them back to diagnosis what was wrong. Before the tech was even 10 ft in the door he was trying to sell me an extended service plan. He then brought up the service plan about 5 more times in the 20 minutes he was there before he handed me an outrageous estimate to replace one exhaust pipe going up through the roof.When I called to pay the service fee I told the representative about this unprofessional act and he immediately interrupted me telling me I was wrong and trying to explain that it was a service plan….Bottom line We will not be using this company again.

I had gone to numerous people about the problem I was facing but either the pricing was too much or they didn’t agree with the standards I wanted. But when I met with Alberto, immediately he was trying to figure out ways to best accommodate me and my expectations. He worked fast and was very thorough in his work. Couldn’t have gotten a better guy for the job
