When I called, Emily answered quickly and was very nice. Rhett and Jack were very helpful and quick! They got the job done in a couple hour. I highly recommend them!

The technician was on time. They were thorough in determining and fixing problems. It took longer than expected, but they did not charge me for a ton of additional time to be fair. Would definitely use them again and recommend.

Excellent timely service at reasonable rates.

Their price is much more higher than the average electricians in the area. Their work was less than average for sure. We had to move the light switch about 6 inches away from where it is right now and the switch is working but the screws are put in unevenly and the plate is wobbly uneven and there’s a hole left just like that. For the amount of money we had to pay for this work, the work was nowhere close to even average quality of work. I would not be using their service again, big mistake. Terrible service, didn’t explain anything, the problem was not fixed afterwards and they wanted to charge again for what they said they fixed the first time. When I had another electrician out, they said what Bradley electric did wasn’t even a possible cause for the original problem. Felt scammed.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Was lied to about cost of job. Tried to talk to service manager for 3 days and wouldn't return my call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE DISHONEST AND 3 TIMES HIGHER THAN OTHER COMPANIES. Pictures of online chat to follow
