Lost power late Sunday evening impacting half our house. Joe stopped by himself and quickly assessed the problem as electric company outside line. He called them on our behalf and the problem was addressed later that evening. Joe was very responsive, professional and demonstrated in-depth technical knowledge. Will call PTI again for any and all issues or new work; I highly recommend Joe and his company!

Hands down the best electric service provider. Ethical, professional, skillful and very knowledgeable.I was not getting power to most of the lights in the basement. The problem was that all the light fixtures I had in the basement had fried due to a surge.They could have told me that the whole wiring needs to be redone in the basement and I would have believed them.I will hire them for any and all electric services.
