Bryan and Charles installed 2 slanted ceiling chandeliers, 3 hallway fixtures, 2 high can lights and a new dimmer switch. They all look great and are exactly what we were looking for. They answered any questions we had even about things not on their to do list. They arrived on time, were extremely polite and respectful — and completed the work in a fraction of the estimated time. Jason was also extremely helpful in the quoting process — promptly answering all of my questions along the process. So happy with the finished product!

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

Bradley came out to my house this summer to replace old knob and tube wiring at my house. The crew was fantastic and the did great work. There were even a few follow up issues the next week or two and they came out to make sure everything was done properly. I was very appreciative for the work they did.

Fantastic company. Reasonable prices, great service! Highly recommend these guys. Came out the day before Christmas and fixed a service issue I had, even though they were technically closed. The owner, Pat, came out personally and did the work so his guys could have the day off. Very impressed!

We went through several contractor options that either were no-shows, had extremely high pricing, dishonest, etc. We were ready to give up on decent electric work until we found Care Electric. Walid was able to stop by and give us a quote shortly after giving him a call. He walked us through the quote, helped us prepare our city permits (it was our first time) and even helped our applications move along faster after we couldn’t get through to the city. Throughout the work, Walid’s guys were always on-time, very respectful, did quality work, and were very patient when we had hiccups throughout the process. We look forward to hiring them again for our next project!

I called the local “big three” companies and they either no show or had a 3 week wait. While driving home I saw a van in traffic advertising “Undefined Heights Electric” I called the number and they were at my home the next day!! Very professional, thorough, and timely. We worked successfully with Frontier for several years on sizeable jobs for our companies. When our latest job came online this summer, we worked with Frontier for some preliminary work and on the scope of the larger project that had a very important deadline to be met. When we were about 2 weeks out, they called and canceled on us. Just said they didn't have time in the schedule. When our schedule changed a bit, they said they could now accommodate us and we started moving forward. When we let them know we were ready for them, they canceled again. It has taken 4 weeks just to secure another electrician and we are weeks from being operational. Dozens of jobs are at stake and a thriving business is down because they could not keep their word. If you have anything important or timely to be done, do not use Frontier. Your business might depend on it.

I signed the contract for a whole house backup generator on August 16, 2022. Every step of the process was more difficult than it needed to be. I had to call for updates as almost nothing was ever communicated to me. I had to pester them to schedule things. After much legwork on my part, the generator was finally installed in late February. As of this writing (May 25, 2023), my generator still does not work, even though it's been paid in full. The techs tested it, but every time we have an actual power outage, it does absolutely nothing. I work from home and the main idea behind getting the generator is that it would protect me from the occasional power outages that happen in the country. So, instead of actually being able to do my job, I have to call to have someone come out and that normally ends with promises that they will come back and fix it later because they cannot correct whatever is wrong with the generator this time. And then burn vacation time because I am physically incapable of doing my work. To say I am frustrated and disappointed is a massive understatement.
