Ben and Austin came out to my house to update some things and were wonderful. Walked through the entire house and talked about everything I wanted to do. Afterwards Ben talked me through everything and provided me with all the information I needed to make decisions and be informed. I felt no rush to get services done and they answered every question I had. Very knowledgeable and the work they did was fantastic.

We were looking for a company to replace our panel box for two months with no luck. Had companies come in for estimates who never called us back and some companies that never showed up. We called Quality Electric who's gave us an estimate over the phone and within a week installed our new panel box for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for any electrical project you might have. The technician was very friendly, professional and honest. Fantastic company and plan on using them in the future!

Had some issues for 6 months, my internet and tv service was randomly going out for 6 months. Eventually they found that the ground wire was feeding back voltage into the ground wire, which melted my service cables, so I needed an electrician. And eventually led to my lights flickering and my washer and furnace having a hard time kicking on.

Called AEP and and after they looked over the issue with my meter told me that it was my responsibility. ( Beware any insurance does not cover meter repair for electricity).

Called a couple places and got the run around and most had secretaries that answered the phone and could not diagnose my problem or give a quote (not that I was expecting one over the phone).

Called Big City and David (owner/operator) answered my call and asked for pictures and gave me a quote on a Friday (over the phone) and sent someone out to repair my issues with in 2 hours.

Turns out after they showed my the problem my neutral cable had melted due to corrosive terminals in my power meter, which AEP had explained to me prior to them coming to fix the problem.

Good honest service and fair price. They were about $300 dollars cheaper than most others that did give me a ball park estimate.

Couldnt be happier besides a little shorter in the wallet. But with a 1 year warranty Im satisfied.

The best part is the quote you get is the price you'll pay, no extra hidden fees tax, extra parts, we need to come back, more hours etc. with other companies Ive had in the past with other home repairs.

Man in truck with license plate PKF7193 just driving absolutely reckless!! Almost ran me and my family off the road while on 270 and cutting people off!!! Absolutely insane!!!

These guys CANNOT bend conduit. I had them install a few exposed plugs for my business and they finished the job but it looks absolutely horrible. They claimed it wasn’t in the contract any specific way they would install the pipe. I’ll be going with another company for my next job.
