Eric M was awesome! He was a true professional. He was patient with me and explained everything clearly and took great care and pride with his work. I don’t love Mr. Electric prices but I’ve always been satisfied with the quality of the work performed by their technicians. The technicians are why I am a repeat customer.

This year I added a room addition to my home and needed Electrical work completed, I acquire several bid proposals for the scope work all were in the same range for cost, But when I first met John from PTI, he walked through my home and discuss my project, I was impress with his professionalize method and knowledge for what I wanted to accomplish. I was not sorry, when project started he show up with his crew Ralph & Tyler as plan, knock out the new service upgrade, then came back as planned to do my room addition. During the whole process he keep me informed by email, text and phone calls as to when I would be ready for next phase and where he stood with materials or schedule changes. His team showed up to work no messing around, all had a professional manner, knowledgeable experience for the scope and listen to my question / concerns during project duration and completed the project as discuss. PTI also had a fair cost to meet my budget expectations with no payment require until materials were purchased deliver to site and work preformed. Wow..I don't review companies much, even when I receive poor service, but I thought this was warranted.I called to request a duct cleaning and sanitizing. The technician asked some questions and offered to check for a broken heat exchanger. Given the age of the furnace I asked him to do it.Long story short, I asked for a quote to clean the ducts, replace the furnace, ac components, uv light sanitizer and a new tankless water heater. The initial quote was basically $25,000! While the technician was still here I checked the price of the water heater versus the quote for the installation. Taking into account the cost of the tank, parts and larger gas pipe (1k - very generous), they wanted $5,000 just for the install of the water heater. I also did the same for the furnace and ac components. Needless to say I didn't hire them for the job.There were concerns about carbon monoxide so I put up a monitor on the first floor directly above the utility room and one inside the utility room. The monitors never registered any carbon monoxide in the house. I also had another company check the furnace and it doesn't need replacing....draw your own conclusions.I'm all for a business making a profit. I also understand that there are overhead costs to run a business. I don't understand gouging someone.I have had other work done on my house in the last year or so and to be nice it's been an experience. My advice to anyone is to do you research and don't accept anything at face value. You are a sucker if you don't.

Outstanding knowledge and fault isolation capabilities. I had a section of lights that quit working on my house. As an older home that has had numerous modifications and poorly marked circuits, locating the cause required professional methodology. Identified the failed part and replaced it. Corrected other issues along the way, making my home safer. My go to electricians!

Steven and his team at Inspired Heating & Cooling did an excellent job with their service. My A/C unit stopped working so I asked a friend to recommend a trustworthy company.They recommended Inspired Heating. I called Steven and he was able to get out to me the same day. After checking the system he discovered a recently blown fuse which turned out to be a quick and easy fix. What I appreciate most is that Steven didn't Diagnose a larger problem with my system that would have cost me more money. He charged me an honest price for minor fix. Thanks again Steven!!!!!!
