Best Recessed Can Lighting in Columbus OH

Called for a quote for my grandma and Papaw. Everything went well. They said if they like the quote they can preform the service that day. Excellent! They're old and resistant to want to spend money but always do at the end and I saw the awesome ratings! Unfortunately no one showed up for the appointment and no one called. Just please give out courtesy phone calls because they planned their whole day around that. It's to set up their ring cameras because they wouldnt be able to defend themselves if anything were to happen. They attempted to call but got a voicemail. Which is fine but it's the next day and still haven't heard back.

I’ve been very pleased with their work. I had a very difficult light fixture that needed to be installed on a 25ft vaulted ceiling. The technicians were able to solve a series of challenges that came up. In the end, we have a lovely light fixture in our living room. The price was also very reasonable.

Mr. Eletric did an exceptional iob from the very first phone call to the email follow up after service was done. We had an emergency situation with no heat in a very cold day and they did everything they could to support us with fast, yet great work.Tim was very nice and very knowledgeable on what he was doing. Definitely recommend their service and will be using them again.

We had two outlets die at our house. My husband and our neighbor tried to fix it but couldn't figure out what was wrong. I called Excel Electric and he said look for a GFI switch to reset. It turns out we have a GFI in our garage it was hidden by our son's senior banner. So he helped me fix it just by a phone call. That shows honesty and a desire not to just make money. Good character has been hard for us to find amoung larger contracting companies. We will definitely call him again for work.
