John & Dave were the Electricians who came to our home and carried out the work. We called for some minor fixture replacements and during their standard safety check, revealed that our main power board was not only was in rough shape, but was of a type known for causing fires.These gentlemen arrange to replace the board and make other up-grades and repairs that were TRULY needed. They worked us into the schedule within days of the initial visit, showed up on time, worked diligently, were clean, quiet, polite and extremely considerate. I especially appreciated the respect they paid to my wife when she asked questions. We lost power to nearly half of our home. I contacted Mr. Electric and a team was at my home within the HOUR! I was very pleased with their professionalism and expertise on our electrical problem, which ended up being a wiring issue with an outlet. Who knew that would cause almost half our home to be without power. Not only the were here super fast, they got the job done within a few minutes and we were with power again.

Very bad customer service. An employee of Bradley Electric came to my house for a quote, and was not good at communicating. He barely talked the entire time and seemed very inexperienced/provided little knowledge of electrical work. I asked if they could repair several items in my home and he didn't look up, only stared at his iPad. He then left without saying how they would follow-up. It's been over 3 weeks and I never received a quote. I'm very disappointed with the service.

Electric Medic was very prompt in coming out to resolve a mis-wired dryer outlet and troubleshoot a faulty doorbell for the home we just moved into. My wife and I are so happy to finally be able to do laundry! These guys were quick to discover the issue and walk me through what the solution would be, and the price was very reasonable for their service. Receptionist Hung up on me when i was calling in about a project i needed help with. We have a generator removal project we were looking to get a quote on and when you call in she greets you with a very scripted 'thank you for making it a brighter day here at Converse Electric' and before i could finish she told me 'no thanks' and hung up the phone. I will be calling Converse Electric's competitors to give them my business. First impressions say a lot. I am thankful they showed me how rude they are on the first call instead of learning the hard way.

Ivan was the electrician sent to me. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and offered up many solutions to fit my budget. He was very speedy yet thorough in fixing my service panel and will be coming back for more work which he carved out of his schedule to fit me in as to not wait several weeks on the repair. Would recommend them to anyone!
