Zack and Jack came out to fix a coupleof outlets and installed a light fixture for my home! They were very thorough on explaining what and where the problems were with the outlets, and my new fixture looks fantastic! Zack and Jack were very professional. I was a visiting professor at OSU and all of my work was on my laptop. When the laptop suddenly quit working, I brought the PC to Quality PC around noon. Within 1 hour, they had identified problem, removed silicate debris from fan and checked out entire system. I picked up the fully functional system later in the afternoon, thanks to their quick and effective assessment of the issue.

These guys CANNOT bend conduit. I had them install a few exposed plugs for my business and they finished the job but it looks absolutely horrible. They claimed it wasn’t in the contract any specific way they would install the pipe. I’ll be going with another company for my next job.

Would not recommend. We hired them to replace our electrical panel, install new light fixtures and new recessed lighting. On our electrical panel about half of the switches are labeled unknown and our recessed lights make a loud buzzing noise. When we asked them to come back and look at the recessed lights, the guy just said well I can't hear anything. Now we have to pay another electrician to come and fix them.
