Had an appointment on Friday at noon Set up and confirmed by Daniel H. . At 1pm my husbanded texted to see if they were on the way and he said unfortunately he was tied up on another job running late. Later texted that Friday was not good for him that he would schedule Anthony H from 2-3pm. Around 5pm my husband texted and he replied best he could do is Saturday morning. First client of the day. My husband texted at 11 am because no one showed up, called or texted. Rescheduled for 11-12. Again no one showed up! My husband texted and was Reschedule for Monday. Monday they came out for an estimate and said they could do the job on Wednesday after noon. Guess what? No one showed up! Don’t bother with this company. Obviously this wasn’t a good fit for us as customers looking for trustworthy and reliable company.
Update- Not shocked at all by the most absurd response left by this company. I only stated facts about my experience. We never asked you to do anything with our Home Warranty other than if you can give us a receipt so we can see if it is covered.

My profession has nothing to do with this job. We gave complete details of what was needed prior to the appointments. I am not an electrician if you needed more information on a job with your supposed background then you should’ve asked clarifying questions prior to coming out and explained that you are not capable of this detailed work. I can understand this job was too hard and labor Intense for the teenagers that were sent to our home. They gave us an estimate which was reasonable and said they couldn’t do anything today the next available day would be Wednesday at noon. We didn’t like that we had to wait but we did accept the reschedule of Wednesday. They never even asked us for any money. Sounds like your employees aren’t telling the whole truth!!!
That response shows that you are incapable of being a true honest, trustworthy company that everyone should question your integrity and commitment.You could’ve just communicated better. Based on other feedback this is a weak point in your company so I will be praying for better training on customer interaction s and truth. Good Luck with any future endeavors... God bless! Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

I felt more comfortable with Brad than I did with the other electricians I had bid my home. He wasn't the cheapest but I could tell he knew what he was talking about and he wasn't trying to sell me on things I didn't need. His men were professional as well. I didn't hear one swear word and there weren't cigarette butts in the yard like I've experienced with other contractors. Can't recommend him enough!

The job was impeccable. I’ve worked with them before and every job has been truly impressive, timely, and professional. Their services are unmatched by any other electricians and I can’t recommend them enough.

I had an electrical emergency about a week ago and I feel so fortunate to have found Bradley. Frank, Rob and the team were able to fit me in and get power restored within 2 days of my issue when I fully expected to have to wait a week or more. Will likely use them again for some other projects

When the power went out, we expected the generator to come on—but it didn’t. I was panicked, we are old people who cannot tolerate temperature extremes due to medical issues. When we called Countryside Electric, even though all the service techs were out on other calls, I could tell that Brittany, the office manager, truly cared and wanted to help. You know what I mean—with some businesses, you can tell it’s just business. But she really cared that someone was panicked and needed immediate help. The first thing she did was try to talk my husband through the process on the phone, and while he was able to go outside and get the generator running, we discovered a few minutes later that power had not transferred to the house—so I called back a second time.

Brittany contacted a technician (I later found out he is her husband) who by luck was nearby, and he was at our house in less than a half hour. I understand that we were lucky—but had she not cared, she wouldn’t have gone to the trouble to see if anyone was in our neighborhood, and just put us on the list instead. Kyle, the technician, quickly located the problem, and got it running properly. We were told we’d need to switch the house back to the regular electrical supply manually when the power came back on.

Around eleven o’clock at night, it occurred to me that the power might come on after we went to bed, and I didn’t know what would happen if we didn’t know until morning. Could it damage the generator, hurt our circuitry, start a fire? I was ready to stay up all night to make sure we were awake to handle the transfer when the power came back on. So I called Countryside Electric, to find out if it was safe to go to bed, and as late as it was, I got a call back from Kyle in less than ten minutes—amazing! I found out later that he’d been up since four in the morning, and still had service calls to finish! But he took time to reassure us that nothing bad would happen if we went to bed. I was REALLY impressed that he took the time to call us, considering how hectic his day had to have been. He came back a few days later and determined that for some reason unusual conditions had prevented the transfer switch from working as it should, but showed my husband what to do in the unlikely event that it ever happened again. Apparently the electricity had blinked off and then on so many times that the mechanism was confused about whether or not our electrical supply was crying wolf, and it had concluded it was a false alarm. At the same time we discovered that our sump pump was not wired into the control panel, so Kyle will be coming back to fix that for us.

Kyle and Brittany went above and beyond what you would normally expect from a company in an emergency, and I can’t express how grateful I am not to have had to evacuate my home. Thanks to their diligence, we were only without power for about an hour! I also would like to add that they serviced my generator the past few times, and their pricing is very competitive. I couldn’t be happier.

Receptionist Hung up on me when i was calling in about a project i needed help with. We have a generator removal project we were looking to get a quote on and when you call in she greets you with a very scripted 'thank you for making it a brighter day here at Converse Electric' and before i could finish she told me 'no thanks' and hung up the phone. I will be calling Converse Electric's competitors to give them my business. First impressions say a lot. I am thankful they showed me how rude they are on the first call instead of learning the hard way.

Great electrical contractor. I had them do some commercial work for me for my business, and I could not be happier with their reasonable rates and the service. The technician, Ray, who did the electrical was a great guy to talk with and he explained everything very thoroughly. I very much recommend them and will do business with again.

OH Lic# 25186 an elderly agent driving this van had parked in front of my truck at 700 am. The customer indicated which door I needed to dock, so I started to get the tail lined up. Another agent was parked directly in front, preventing me from pulling forward. I politely approached him and asked if he could move his vehicle for a moment so I could open the doors to the trailer. The guy in 25186 cut my sentence short and began arguing with me. He then proceeded to insult and belittle me for how I choose to operate my truck. I've been driving for 10 months. I don't do anything unless there's a good reason. I have enough to deal with while I'm on the road. A poor demonstration of professionalism on his part.
