This business is awesome! I had an electric emergency of my own making (smart switch install gone wrong), and Brody came out to fix up my mistakes. He was super professional, very friendly and explained everything he was doing in a very educational way that made sense to me. I can't say enough good things about this company and Brody. Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

Scheduled appointment on 09-03 for 09-08 at 9 am for inspection. Received phone call at 8:55 am on 09-08 asking to reschedule after already adjusting work schedule. . . In addition, I also asked for a technician to give me a call 09-03 as I had a question in regards to service requirements. I never did receive call back. Would not recommend.

Its not everyday you can find a local electrician you can trust. When it comes to quality, Converse Electric has it. They offer electrical service at fair, competitive prices. Would highly recommend!

I lost power at my coffee shop and they came in within an hour's call. Looked at everything in detail, they were honest and efficient. Ended up being an issue with AEP. Stayed till I finished my call to them to make sure they would send someone over to get things fixed.
