The gentleman from Mr. Electric came out on today Saturday, August 10, 2019 to provide us a free estimate on removing a seasoned chandelier & installing a new chandelier. The new chandelier was scheduled to be delivered on Friday August 9, 2019, but unfortunately was delayed by Amazon. The gentleman was very upset the new chandelier had not arrived prior to his arrival. It was very clear he was extremely upset from his bad attitude & unprofessionalism. I am truly grateful for the free estimate & coming out on Saturday, but I would not hire my mama for $0.02 with that attitude. And that’s a FACT!Note***People want to feel valued & respected which is called “Dignity”.Note***I would say his name but I heard him say his wife was pregnant. John and his team installed a new electrical panel for my food truck. They did a great job and hooked me up perfectly. Would highly recommend them, they offer great prices and are quick to install.

I had lights blinking in house and appliances not seeming to work properly. the last straw was last week when I was using my microwave and noticed in back room the light would dim til the microwave went off. I called these guys. at first they said the person wouldnt be here til later so I almost canceled but then they said they had another person that could come out and within 15 min he was here. he checked my electrical box thoroughly, then went outside and checked wiring outside. came back and let me know my electrical box was fine. the bad news was that a neutral power line that ran from telephone pole to my house was damaged and I needed to call aep. when they came out initially only one guy came he asked to see pics then he got his ladder and went back to the pole to look. he came back and let me know the squirrels had been feasting on the line, and not just mine but a couple of neighbors were affected. a crew would be coming out to do a major repair! they came out and did the work. I was told that this situation could have been dangerous. but because of Donato Natales experience I feel like this guy possibly saved my home and my life. if I need your services I will be calling you guys again. not sure if you do home warranty company work but if u do I hope Donato will be the one doing it. smart beyond his years and for sure made me feel better. thank u for having smart skilled folks working for you and give this guy a raise!!!

What an exceptional business to work with!! From the first moment I looked up Higher Power Electric, they were so easy to work with the schedule an initial consultation within the week. John was very honest and open with his advise for how to upgrade our outdoor business lighting so that it was most effective, and he even took a drawing of our building plan so that he could provide a detailed proposal for our lighting. I want to say a big thank you to Lyle, Eric, and Jim who performed our installation -- they walked me through everything and answered any and all questions I had. Thank you also to John and Vickie for being so pleasant and helpful!! Our business has a hectic schedule, and they did everything they could to accommodate us, for which I am eternally grateful. Long story short, if you're looking for an honest company that provides exceptional work, look no further!

When the heat went out we tried calling other companies, one didn’t show up after scheduling a appointment and another one never called back. Inspired answered right away and came out that evening. We had heat that night.
