Rhett and Jack did a phenomenal job from start to finish. They arrived on time, assessed the issues I had reported at the time of scheduling and gave 3 options for repair. Repairs were completed quickly and they were sure to have me check their work before leaving. They were more than happy to answer all of my questions and even took the time to quote additional exterior work needed in the future. Overall, job well done guys!

They are professional, friendly, respectfull, clean and always ready to help with something else if it occurred while they are there. Electric Medic was very prompt in coming out to resolve a mis-wired dryer outlet and troubleshoot a faulty doorbell for the home we just moved into. My wife and I are so happy to finally be able to do laundry! These guys were quick to discover the issue and walk me through what the solution would be, and the price was very reasonable for their service. I would recommend Electric Medic to anyone in the area, and I’m sure I will be calling them again in the future!

Lost power late Sunday evening impacting half our house. Joe stopped by himself and quickly assessed the problem as electric company outside line. He called them on our behalf and the problem was addressed later that evening. Joe was very responsive, professional and demonstrated in-depth technical knowledge. Will call PTI again for any and all issues or new work; I highly recommend Joe and his company!

They are very friendly, very helpful for understanding your new unit and the job they perform. Personally I think their prices are fair for the job they did for us. We needed a brand new unit and it's not breaking our bank to do so. I recommend them to the fullest!
