Had a problem with my furnace and after several high dollar estimates, Glen Copeland was able to fix my problem with a simple actuator switch which cost less than 20.00 and install was next to nothing! Glen followed up to make sure that the heat was on and that everything was in working order! Excellent customer service and very professional! Bob did an EXCELLENT job at our house! He installed an exhaust fan in our bathroom, added an outlet in our living room, added outdoor lighting in our backyard, and an outdoor outlet. He is coming back in about a week to add more lighting for our basement stairs and to mount our outdoor tv. He is professional, punctual, fair and transparent with prices. Drivers beware! Actually adhering to their
touting of growth and training from within and opportunities to grow would be nice. They also need to evaluate their workplace ethics and employee behavior in the warehouse in Grove City as some of the employees and management there are very disrespectful to other employees in that particular environment. Cannot say enough good things however regarding the foremen and people out on the jobsites.

There was originally a misunderstanding with an appointment. Mr Electric called, accepted full responsibility for it all and went out of there way to make things right. Very professional and ethical company. They now have a loyal customer and I recommend them to anyone.

I signed the contract for a whole house backup generator on August 16, 2022. Every step of the process was more difficult than it needed to be. I had to call for updates as almost nothing was ever communicated to me. I had to pester them to schedule things. After much legwork on my part, the generator was finally installed in late February. As of this writing (May 25, 2023), my generator still does not work, even though it's been paid in full. The techs tested it, but every time we have an actual power outage, it does absolutely nothing. I work from home and the main idea behind getting the generator is that it would protect me from the occasional power outages that happen in the country. So, instead of actually being able to do my job, I have to call to have someone come out and that normally ends with promises that they will come back and fix it later because they cannot correct whatever is wrong with the generator this time. And then burn vacation time because I am physically incapable of doing my work. To say I am frustrated and disappointed is a massive understatement.
