Best Electrical Problem in Columbus OH

The electricians were competent and friendly. What I didn't like from the get-go when I called this company was that they charged for a service call no matter what. When I worked with an electrician in another state, he would come check out the work and tell me if he could do it or not and then give me the quote. In this instance, I paid $70 for a quote that was for $1000 and was told there would be 4 holes put in my wall (not at all the electrician's fault, just stating the cost of the work to be done). In less than ten minutes, I sent them on their way. That is a pricey 10 minute conversation.In response to Matt...yes, I was told what you wrote when I initially called and said, what if they come out and I pay $70 and they can't do the work. It really doesn't change how I feel about it. Again, in another state, I worked with a certified electrician who had a fully stocked truck and was also the nicest person in the world. Again, I understand everything Matt is saying...what I am saying, is that it doesn't sit well with me. If you are okay with hiring this company, than that is fine. I would work with Caleb, no problem. This review isn't telling anyone not to work with this company, it is simply stating my feelings on charging $70 for a 10 minute conversation...that I also waited two weeks to have.

Johnny D from Mr Electric was very professional, courteous, and did great work. He ran an electric line to the middle of my living room ceiling to allow me to install a new light. His work was clean, direct, and made as little impact as possible when cutting dry-wall to fish the line to its new location. Nice work overall.

We had a stand by home generator. Keith and his team explained what size we needed. He installed it, tested and hooked up the unit to our WiFi. I highly recommend KAP for your electric needs.

Harris Electrical did quite a bit of work for our kitchen renovation - installing recessed lighting/fixtures, updating/relocating outlets and updating our panel in our almost 100 year old home. Amazing job, super nice guys and very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

Ivan, the attending electrician was absolutely wonderful, very friendly and knowledgeable. After losing power to half of my home they were able to fit my family in for a emergency electric issue we had with our breakers. Ivan thoroughly inspected our panel and found the problem. He also educated my family on the safety hazards and potential issues that could arise. Needless to say, we definitely will be calling My Electric Works from here on out to attend to our future electric needs. I 100% recommend them.

Jesse was very thorough in looking at our porch steps that needed replaced. He found a non-slip type wood and got the work done quickly and efficiently.
