From the initial phone call to the techs arrival everyone was pleasant, friendly and professional. The appointment was timely and the techs were courteous and thoughtful about working in our home. Eric was very thorough in explaining the problem and we were able to get the issue resolved same day. I would definitely recc’d their services and call on them again if needed!

Mr. Hartley is efficient, trustworthy, and friendly. He was able to take care of my electrical needs in a very professional manner. He worked quick, but was also considerate and careful. We had very pleasant conversation while he worked. Good guy. His prices are reasonable compared to other electricians. I recommend him and will ask him to come back should I need any electrical issues resolved in the future.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. The most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. We had an issue at our office that required emergency service. I had called to have someone come out and they stated the couldn't make it for 2 hours which was the earliest I had found at the time so I told him that would be fine. I then preceded to call other companies in the area to see if I could get someone out quicker which I did. I then called back to let them know that I would no longer need them to come out (keep in mind it had only been 15-25 mins since the initial call) and he said that I had wasted a bunch of peoples time and when I preceded to tell him why he hung up on me. I will never be using this company for personal or professional business ever!
