Best Electrical Fixture Installation in Chicago IL

I have used this company twice now. Once several years back to install to 2 wall sconce type light fixtures where none existed before. Their price was reasonable and they did a great job. The second time was this week, where they came out to deinstall a chandelier, and “clean up” my electrical panel box. The electrical panel had been left “messy”, by prior electricians taking short cuts and not properly securing or wrapping loose wires. STS Electrical in Chicago was meticulous and fixed everything in an orderly fashion. They charged fair for the work they completed, which I thought was a good value and fair. I will use them for all my electrical needs. They had about a 4 day lead time.

I called to give them business. I described my situation, not 2 seconds later they hung up the phone in my face. Guy who answered phone was extremely rude and answered coldly Skyline... I tried to call back and it went straight to voicemail. I know they aren't closed because their hours are 24hrs. if you don't like your job, QUIT! You will never get my money for your shoddy service....

Antonio is fantastic. Cares about doing it right, leaves everything clean, sought our input on every step. Super friendly, honest, responsive. We hired him to add some electrical outlets and a switch in preparation for a cabinet installation. Our vintage condo is not the easiest to work with, and he sought the best solutions that left minimal impact to our walls and prepared everything thoughtfully for the cabinet installers. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I had a power cable run from the house to the garage and they were quick and the work was done with an artistic flare I must admit.
Looking forward to the next project some time soon.

My electrical panel was arcing, and just generally in a bad state after a storm.Shawn came as soon as he can, and stayed late to restore service, to ensure we'd have electricity during the night.He then came again the next day to replace the remaining broken parts, and tested everything with us.Not only was he professional, but he was also extremely knowledgeable and good at sharing what he was doing and why.This was an excellent experience, and I'd recommend Sapphire Electric in a heartbeat.

We set up an appointment with another company to do some work in our home. After waiting all day they never came or called us back. Some one told us about Safe Electrical Service . When I called Charles answer the phone and I ask him if he could do the work. He was very nice and considerate. He told me he would send someone out the next day. Mitch and Michael were very Professional and very detailed. Michael put in reset lights, ceiling fan, doorbells, electrical outlets. Even clean up the area where they worked. I am so glad I called them.They are like family to me, and they made us feel the same way. They are also on time and reasonable.

I just had a great experience with Neuman Electrical Services. I had a lot of work done over the course of a few weeks after closing on a property before moving in. I got a new electrical panel, under cabinet lighting, canned lights for a few rooms, and I had a lot of fixes done for the prior owner's substandard work. Everything went great, and they always kept me updated and showed up on time, every time. I won't be hesitating to call back if I need more work done in the future.

Rob arranged for his in-laws to watch his kids so he could come over on a Saturday to repair my heater. My home was at 56°. He was able to diagnose the trouble and had the part to fix it in his truck. He also fixed my thermometer to position flat against the wall and not hang cricked anymore! I appreciate that the cost was reasonable for a weekend. He was nice and professional.
