Very good and professional service, I have been calling them for the years and they never fail, STS Electric always complete the job perfectly.

Called on Memorial Day at 8:00 pm and they answered at home and walked me through fixing my problem. Very patient and helpful.

They are very friendly, fast, and did a great job not only fixing our lights problem but also explaining what it was they did. We will definitely be using them for all of our electrical problems in the future!

I'm the ultimate D.I.Yer, I messed up the doorbells and called All Power Electric. The service man came to my house quoted me a price of 425.00 to troubleshoot my doorbell problem (wow).At that time he said that if he couldn't find the problem he would run new wire along my door trim and through the floor to rewire the bell. I didn't want sloppy slop shod work with wires running down the walls and especially at $425.00. I called the main office and told a Lady that sloppy work was unacceptable. I used an $18.00 inexpensive role of bell wire and rewired the doorbell myself.

We learned about keeping our home up to code and the specific reasons why doing so is important. They came to our home on time, took great care with their work, and cleaned up after themselves. We’ll definitely be using Arnold for any future jobs we have.

Had them come over to look at a steam unit for me. They were upfront about the fact they do not normally work on these types of units. Still looked at it, and worked on some fuses to see if they could get it to fire up. While they weren't able to fix it, they gave me good next steps to get it fixed. Will definitely be using them for my plumbing needs in the future.

Paul's electric modernized our newly purchased 50's Chicago ranch. This marks the third time I have worked with T&D Electrical. Interestingly enough, Rodrigo was our technician every time! I have always found T&D and Rodrigo to be incredibly professional, friendly, and skillful. They take the time to understand the problem at the time of scheduling so that the technician has a basic understanding of what's going on prior to arrival. Rodrigo then arrived almost exactly on time at the beginning of the time window. He was very considerate and careful with Covid protocols (masks), and also considerate of our home by putting on little slips on his work boots. He was able to identify the problems we were facing and fixed them in far less time than I thought would be necessary. T&D will ALWAYS be our go-to electrician contractor!

Love this company . Third time using them. This time as the last time it was an emergency and my power was out and my meter box was damaged. After sending pics to the tech I was told that the Electric company would have to replace after the electric company told me it was my responsibility. They took the extra step to call the company with me by three way and demanded a different outcome. Within 30 min of calling they were here to fix the issue and Mr. Mighty was on standby to complete if electric company could not. The customer service was 10 stars. I recognized the charges up front and their was honesty in their response and charges. I appreciate that very much. Will always use them.
