I feel so fortunate to have found Kent and Jeanette at Skyline Electric. Kent is a brilliant electrician AND a perfectionist both of which are qualities you want in an electrician. As anyone who has ever done anything home related knows, things rarely go according to plan. Electrical projects are no different. So you need to have an electrician with the knowledge, experience, skills and tools to just “figure it out” when something happens. Kent has all 4. Plus he is a fun and very cool guy. And Jeanette is a dream to work with. She is so nice and also very organized about planning so that Kent can get to everyone. If you have to wait a bit because they are busy, just wait. They are SO worth it!!!!

We had a great experience with Highlights Chicago. The technician was very polite and knowledgable. We had some questions about some other things above and beyond our original service request and he offered to do the extra work on the spot for no additional cost (other than the parts he needed to purchase). After the work was complete, the company called and said that they had quoted us a bit more than what it actually cost (it took less time than they thought), so they charged us less than the quoted price. We will definitely use them again for future projects.

Sapphire Electric was great! I was able to schedule with them for same day service. I had a fishy smell coming from my electrical outlets. After the electrician did his diagnostic and looked at everything thoroughly.He found the issue and it turned out to be burned wiring for my bedroom outlet. He was able to replace the wiring without ripping up the walls. These guys saved our lives and I appreciate the honesty and thoroughness.

We called Charles and his crew to help us rewire our upstairs (which had many non functioning outlets, many non grounded outlets, many two prong only outlets, etc.). Not only did he 1. Quote us an insanely good price and 2. Do the work ridiculously quickly (they were done with everything in 6 hours), when we called them back for some malfunctions that had occurred to the previous work, they came back out at no charge to help us get it fixed again, even when some of those fixes ended up being bigger issues than they realized during the first job. Amazing service, super friendly, great at rescheduling as needed, 10 out of 10 will always recommend these guys.
