Beyond helpful. Came home to all power in just my condo unit being out with no obvious problem at the circuit breaker. They were able to troubleshoot the problem immediately over the phone tracking the issue down to my building’s main breaker and walked me through how to reset it in minutes which solved my problem. Professional and were genuinely interested in solving my issue without scheduling unnecessary appointments, sketchy quotes, etc. They will be my go to electricians from now on.

Absolutely loved working with Kemal and Raul! Kemal was very easy to get in touch with and scheduled a visit asap to attend to my electrical needs. I had a water heater that kept tripping an outlet. Water heater repair people wanted to replace the heater. I held out and checked out the electrical first. Turned out to be the outlet. A much easier and cheaper fix. Would use these guys again in a heartbeat! Especially Raul. He was fast, super clean, wore a mask and booties at my request with no prob. Highly recommend.

This is my 3rd time reposting a review because for some reason they keep getting flagged/removed. The first two were very lengthy and detailed, so I'll try something shorter this time:Got 3 bids for work. Other two gave big volume discounts, but Arnold (most expensive) made fixed fee promise even if problems found. Decide extra money worth promise. Arnold came, found problem. Problem cost extra. Promise broken. Did 90% of work, too late to go back to other cheaper companies. No options. Did not get 10% of work done (10% cost taken off price, but would rather get full project instead). Arnold promise breaker. Bad Arnold. Don't trust Arnold. Please don't take review down. Don't practice bad business.

Charles and his crew were top notch. They were able to promptly find and rectify a dangerous issue in our home that led to multiple electrical problems. He pointed out the exact causes, which in our case were exposed and faulty wiring and improper circuit breakers in the panel box. T & D provided a quality electrical panel upgrade with a great price. The whole process went smoothly from getting a quote, to review it, to scheduling it, to installation. Other electricians in the area were extremely overpriced and some even tried to convince me to do work without a permit or contacting ComED. T & D is most use electrical contractor in the Chicago area!

Very informative and informational

On a Friday afternoon our our fuse box was acting up and specifically the fuse wired to our A/C. Timing could not have been any worse as we are in the process of selling our home and had scheduled showings on the next day. After calling several places with no luck, Lucas picked up right away and was at my house in less than an hour. He quickly identified and fixed our issue with the fuse box and also re-installed one of my smoke detectors. Very grateful for his prompt response time and professional work!

Dan did a wonderful job with several projects in our home. He relocated a coaxial outlet to an interior wall, fixed an outdoor sconce and outdoor electrical outlet, and replaced two indoor electrical outlets. He was extremely professional and personable and I felt that the price of the work was more than fair. We will be using Dan for any future electrical work.
