My experience until today has been very positive, both for my family, friends, clients and anyone I've referred to this company. I have sent no less than 3 people to them and my family has used them for both smaller and larger projects on no fewer than 3-4 occasions. And then today happened.Skyline was called out in November or early December to install gutter heaters into my 97 year old grandmother's 4-flat. The system was installed, though they ended up staying late because the gutter heaters kept blowing fuses (she has an older electrical panel). They managed to stabilize the system temporarily and we thought there wouldn't be a problem in the future. As soon as the January ice storm hit, the gutter heaters started blowing all of the fuses again. No problem! I called Skyline but this time they sent Kent. While nice at first, his attitude quickly changed later on. I'm the type of person who looks to professionals when I have questions and I rely on them for education and information. I asked Kent some questions and he just seemed annoyed. Upon his return from the supply warehouse, I asked him if I should turn the gutter heaters off in an effort to make things a little easier for him. His response was to call me an a$$hole (multiple times) and then tell me that it's always the person behind you that is telling you how to run your f#%king business even though you've been doing it for 35 years and have '5 licenses.' Excuse me? I've done nothing but try to help make things easier for you and if I've had a question, I have asked it (as any consumer would). I don't know everything and I'm hiring you for your time as well as your professional efforts. It's not too much to ask that you be somewhat pleasant during the process.On top of this, Kent did not wear a mask. At the time (01-13-22), we were in the middle of the pandemic and at the peak of the problems with the Omicron variant. Regardless of what you may think of COVID-19, he knew that the owner was a 97 year old.The bottom line is that the job wasn't properly completed back in December and the job wasn't completed today, either. Kent, after his tirade/hissy fit, decided to leave the job site without closing the roof hatch that he opened to examine the electric gutter heaters on the roof. My 97 year old grandmother was left to find someone with a ladder who was willing to help close up the hatch so that water and ice didn't cause hazardous conditions for her tenants. It's a shame that I will no longer be recommending this company due to the unprofessional actions of their owner. They had been great up until this point. Today is simply not something I am willing to overlook.As an update, we're still left with an incomplete job. If Kent receives an honest review that doesn't meet with his approval, his response is, You're on your own, as evidenced below. Caveat emptor.

The technician did a great job and was very helpful and arrived on time. The people I spoke with in the office made it easy to get the appointment scheduled and handle payment. Overall, they provided great service and were able to fix my problem outlet when I couldn’t. Would recommend!

First time using All Power Electric and I would not hesitate to use them again. EXCELLENT service!! Tony, the technician, was extremely professional, pleasant to deal with, on time, fast and was able to figure out the problem with my light fixture and switch. I have light in my room again and I couldn't be happier. Cost was very reasonable, too! Great job!!!

Very professional. Replaced a circuit breaker quickly

Fast response, great work and reasonably priced. Had a burnt outlet that needed replacing and to inspect related wiring. Called at 6:30 in the evening and got an appointment for the next afternoon. Shawn arrived (after great communication about expected arrival time) and quickly assessed the problem. He had it all fixed up in about 30min total. In total, it cost $170 for the diagnosis, materials and labor. Would highly recommend Sapphire Electric.

Sims & Sons removed track lighting and installed can lighting in our West Town living/dining room in April 2021. They did an outstanding job. Darrell walked me through the project in a patient and helpful way, suggesting layouts for the lights and answering any questions I had. His team, Enos and Arel (apologies for any misspellings), worked efficiently and with great care for our home. I give Sims & Sons my highest endorsement.

Charles came out, gave me a reasonable estimate and in no time, he and his colleague came out and installed my basement outlets (I needed a both a 220 and a standard 120 outlet). I visited Dunning today who I believe was contracted to replace all unit breaker boxes in my condo several years ago. I first called and spoke with a very pleasant woman who encouraged me to stop by with the faulty breaker needing replacement that was not providing the necessary 120/240 voltages to my electric range. She noted that I should stop by mid afternoon in time to ask the service staff if a replacement was in stock or could be ordered. I did so and was greeted by two knowledgeable service men. They knew immediately what I needed and checked for a replacement in their inventory. I was given a used exact replacement breaker gratis. It resolved my voltage issue with my electric range and so I am once again a happy camper and can cook and bake once again! Thanks Dunning!

They came out to replace a wire on a light. The light was from Etsy, and they found it wasn't compatible with the wire. They also broke the light in the process and charged us $142 for the pleasure. I'm sure they do good work generally, but I can't recommend them.

I had a new flood light installed. Light stopped working after 6 months. I changed the bulb several times to see if the light would work again. The light still isn't working. I reached out after exhausting all troubleshooting methods. I have not received any type of communication from the company. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service support.

Dan did an excellent job running electrical outlets to our garage roof deck. He tapped the existing power in the garage, drilled through the side wall of our brick garage, ran a line up to top. He was able to pull up decking to run all the lines hidden underneath our existing deck with two GFCI outlets popping out along our walls which look like they have always been there. On top of that he did an amazing job weather proofing and resealing holes plus putting the deck back together.He estimated a day and half of work and put in the time to make sure the job was done well. On top of that he was super easy to work with and flipped quotes around quickly.I will definitely be reaching out to him for future work and referring to friends.

Highly professional and proficient level of electrical service is what I’m used to seeing in this company. It’s quite a common problem to find a company that offers a decent electrician and doesn’t cost you an arm and a leg. I was lucky enough to find this one. I will be definitely using their service if needed and I highly recommend them to others. A company one of a kind!
