I had a hot water heater break down overnight, and Vanguard was able to send someone out within an hour of me calling to completely replace the old water heater. The technicians were efficient and did a great job.

Would highly recommend this company. They are very professional, clean, respectful, and reasonably priced. They arrive on time, I mentioned I had pets and they were mindful to keep doors closed when coming in and out. They are also great with dealing with older homes and older equipment. I've used them many times and would recommend them.

David was amazing! Prompt and super communicative, and did really detail oriented work! He took care of some holes in our walls that I did a horrible job patching - it literally looks brand new! He also recaulked our shower and took care of some rotted boards in our deck. Would recommend whole heartedly! We are kicking ourselves for not hiring him sooner!! Also wanted to note how CLEAN he was - he vacuumed up his area as he went!! Five stars! He also dealt with our dog who wanted to know what was going on at all times.

Tom and Joey did a fantastic job on every single step of the touch-ups before selling my condo and even finished a few small odd jobs while they were there.Tom first did a thorough itemized survey of everything that needed to be done and sent it to me the same day.Then Joey arrived and over a few parts of 2 days was able to complete the entire job and executed all repairs to high standards. The electrical work and caulking/painting and crack fixing was superb.The carpet cleaner they brought in made my carpet look as closet to new as possible.Overall, the price was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of their work.-George S.
