Sheldon did a great job working through the problems I was having with a gas tankless water heater. Carlos did the servicing on the tank. So far so good.. I was impressed with the way he took his time to explain what he needed to do and how long it would take. I appreciated both of them for their knowledge and customer service. I called Tolini for plumbing work: installation of new faucets and drain pipes in kitchen and bathroom (and removal of old ones) as part of remodeling. They came on time, did an excellent job, and worked clean. Pricing was reasonable. I haven't had any issues with the new plumbing (several months later). I have recommended them to friends.

Paul and Brian came to our home and appraised the fan and lighting installation we needed, gave us a quote and a time for next week to do the work. Today 5/15/2014 they called and let us know that if our schedule allowed it that they could do the work today. When they showed up they were prompt, professional, personable, and friendly. The work was done in a timely manner, with a smile on their faces, the pricing was reasonable, and they gave an all around great experience. People like Paul and Brian are the reason me and my family will be making Call 1 Home Services the first call on our list to have any improvements that need to be done. these guys are the types of people in my opinion that keep customers loyal to the company.

I called Progressive on Wednesday and they scheduled me for an install on Friday at 9am.
Justin the tech called me 30mins prior to his arrival which I thought was really cool as lots of places just show up and you then can get lights on and dog put away if necessary etc..
Justin was by far the best tech installer I have had at my place in a while!
Courteous, professional, and took so much care to be clean and clean up after himself.
He double checked his work and the install went great.
This review was not for money or anything else - I want to write it as the company and Justin did a great job and they deserve it!
