The tech Randy Treadway did an excellent job installing the new garbage disposal. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and completed his work in a timely manner. In a day and age it seems you can't get anyone to come out or if they do they want it to be a BIG job it is GREAT to have someone to be there for you and your problem! No matter the size. They came out the same day and the Riley was extremely professional and explained what was going on. He gave me options. There was ZERO pressure to do it one way or the other. I will use these guys again!!! I am a real customer.....

Super professional. He gave us a few different options based on price and explained what was causing the issue. We went with the mid-priced option and everything has worked great so far.

First, I love that they were able to find an opening on such short notice (5 days before). Two, the handyman got to work immediately in removing a washer and dryer as well as dismounting 2 tvs. He also checked our bifold doors that were not originally on the order but one came off that morning. Since he did such a great job on this, we definitely plan on reaching out to Ace for the work needed on our new house.
Ace has proven to be a reliable network for me to use. I use them for my rental property in Chicago but was not aware they service Charlotte.
