Called for electrical needs twice and left a message with a real person. Never heard back. Poor customer service. Finally heard back and Service Tech came out the next day. Much better.

Donte and Byron showed up on time, were more than kind, patient, and professional. On the first day, they quickly diagnosed that I needed a new compositor and air filter for the unit not working. After leaving, Byron saw a neighbor walking down the road with an air filter. He came back to my house, knocked on the door, and asked if he could go install it for me! Talk about service! I cannot recommend Michael and Son’s enough- especially after the service Byron provided!!!! Thank you again, Byron!!!

Good quality equipment. Generally good installation. A ductwork and drain line deficiency were corrected. The drain line was installed without an elbow outside. An elbow would prevent blowing grass cuttings into the pipe and pluging the pipe.
