I contacted Bates Electric to come out and install a charger for my electric vehicle. They gave me a fair price range on the phone and a time range when the technician would come. Rob came out and did a wonderful job, real quality work. Highly recommend!

Today, 1/15/2014, Brian did a great job with the minor repairs we needed. From reattaching a door frame, reattaching trim, to changing lights that we can't reach on a normal size ladder. We actually had a toilet that had just broken the night before, and he ran out to get the part we needed and fixed it on the spot. He talked us through things to make sure we understood the issue and what he was going to do. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner. He left everything in order. Jeremy Parker was a pleasure to work with. He installed 2 pendant lights in our master bedroom and did a wonderful job. He was efficient and professional and I would highly recommend him. I will definitely request him for any electrical projects down the line.
