Hunter Martin replaced and upgraded the insulation on the electrical pipes that run from the exterior of my townhome to the HVAC units. He and his associate, Jeremy made sure these lines had the solid insulation they needed as well as providing a clean appearance which was definitely an upgrade! I used Progressive for electrical repairs. When I made the appointment I asked if they had the basics, such as switches, outlets, electrical boxes and plates on their trucks and I was told they did. When the electrician arrived he had none of these items and had to leave to shop for these basics. After completing what I had asked he told me I had a faulty switch, presented me with the bill and left. He did not offer to fix the faulty switch since he had none and it would have required another trip to the store. So after the visit I was left to buy and install a switch myself. I would not use again.
