I have had such a difficult time finding good electricians who have availability in the past. So happy to do business with LiveWire. They were quick, responsive, and saved me a ton of money. So glad I didn’t have to replace my whole air conditioning unit!

I contracted with Bates Electric to install a Tesla charger replace an overhead fixture and replace a ceiling fan. Rob Miller was the electrician who arrived and he took care of everything that day with ease. His work was neat and very professional. He was very knowledgeable and quite happy to explain his procedures. Rob was confident and well spoken and we could not be more happy with his work and very fair price. I have used Bates several times and will continue to call them for all our electrical work. They are top notch

Very fast response…came out same day to repair faulty electrical outlet, saving all my frozen food in the garage refrigerator. Diagnosed the problem and quickly installed new outlets. Great service and cleaned up after. Will use again if ever needed.

Called Bates Electric for a quote on panel replacement/upgrade and wiring (entire house rewired). Every other electrician I called refused to come out and look at the job until I gave them a deposit; they all wanted to charge me several thousand dollars before they even looked at the job, without having any idea what was needed. Bates came out, took a look around the house, and provided me with a very reasonable quote. Before I accepted it, they even found a mistake in an original drawing of my house that saved me several thousand dollars! This was my first time using Bates Electric and it won't be my last. Arc Electric and Technician Jesse C. completed the electrical hook up of my pool equipment today. Naturally, I expected it to be done correctly and to code and I have no doubt it is perfect. What really impressed me was how careful Jesse was to make sure the boxes and power lines were installed in a neat or orderly way. The job just looks neat and professional. Jesse was polite and respectful to me, the homeowner, and did a great job of communicating what was being done.
