Morgan came to see what electrical work we hoped to get done and to quote that work. She spent 3 1/2 hours looking over everything and being sure she had been thorough. She quoted all the work and did some official diagnosing of problems, consulting with others when necessary. I feel confident that if we contract to do the work, it will be done well. Morgan was delightful to work with, and incredibly professional.

Very professional, fast and efficient service. Consultant James arrived 2 days after my phone call to Michael and Sons. Very impressed with the detailed video and description he took of my old system in the attic. Offered options for replacement and payment options based on my needs and budget. James was extremely knowledgeable and personable to work with.David, Chad and Paul arrived 2 days later on Monday to replace my system......so respectful of my floors, carpet and walls with transport of new heater to attic......David even spent time with me demonstrating the new Ecobee 5 smart thermostat which was so appreciated.Upon leaving, it did not even look like such a large job occurred, with the exception of the brand new unit. Yard was immaculate and they even replaced the iron fence they needed to take down to do the job. They took the time to access the placement of the new hook ups .....moved them to the other side of the unit to allow easier entry. They even moved my hose reel so it was within reach. They tested both systems after installation. They made a great team..... very professional! My house is so much more comfortable inside. I highly recommend Michael and Sons.

I think his name was Tony (I feel bad Im forgetting, but this is a few days late) he was great though! My fireplace actually didn't need fixing, but was super tricky to turn on, and he showed me how to do it, as well as went over some basic safety tips for the type of fireplace I have! I would 100% recommend him and this company!

Toliny did the electrical for my new kitchen which included combining rooms to enlarge kitchen and replacing the main electrical panel. They were very professional and thorough with the work and I had no problem leaving them to work while I was out of the house. The work was complicated because of the age of the house and they upgraded older wires and brought everything up to code. Overall great experience and good value.

Paul and Brian came to our home and appraised the fan and lighting installation we needed, gave us a quote and a time for next week to do the work. Today 5/15/2014 they called and let us know that if our schedule allowed it that they could do the work today. When they showed up they were prompt, professional, personable, and friendly. The work was done in a timely manner, with a smile on their faces, the pricing was reasonable, and they gave an all around great experience. People like Paul and Brian are the reason me and my family will be making Call 1 Home Services the first call on our list to have any improvements that need to be done. these guys are the types of people in my opinion that keep customers loyal to the company.

Douglas was professional and helped me greatly by installing a curtain rod on my balcony so I can hang up curtains. Now I can enjoy my balcony with such a beautiful aesthetic. (I wish we can insert pictures) lol
