Fast, Professional, Reasonable (price) - I placed a call for a quote, and was on the books to have my situation looked at within 48 hours. The gentleman (I believe his name was Ron) showed up a few minutes early (I'm not complaining!). He immediately came in and assessed the situation. He would've completed the work in less than 30 minutes, but there was a piece from my chandalier that had broken off and we couldn't locate (totally my fault). Ron left and went to Lowe's to purchase a replacement piece. He didn't even charge me for it! He completed the entire repair in a little over an hour, but considering that he had to leave my home to go shopping for parts, I was very happy with the time it took. I highly recommend No Shorts Electric, and I will be using them again for any future electrical needs. I couldn't be happier.

Jesse and team are the best. Responsive, knowledgeable, great value, and friendly. I’ve used Jesse a half dozen times from new light installation, to emergency after hour calls. Can’t speak highly enough about him.

Henry is very professional and fast, he found out what the problem was within 10 minutes and was finished fixing everything in 45 minutes. I am very satisfied and pleased with the great job he did. I even referred him to my grandmother because she also was having electrical problems but not anymore Henry took good care of us.

Tommy was the best. Had a breaker box that we couldn’t locate to trip the breaker. Actually showed us where it was and how to open it. He gets a 10 rating on our scale!!!!

I’ve called these guys a few times now. First after a lightning strike, they fixed everything and got everything up and running and assisted with insurance verbiage. Then at my new house installed a subpanel in my garage. Every time they come out they are professional and do a fantastic job. I DIY as much as I can, they’ll install anything I feel is over my head but will explain what I need to do if I’m going to do it myself. I had another electrician (hired by someone else) that couldn’t figure out a problem. Lou troubleshot it, told me how to fix it, and I was able to finish the job I needed. This company is a gem and I’ll never use anyone else.

So thankful for this company! Very kind and knowledgeable in fixing our issue. Very blessed by them as they caught the issue before it became a fire! Thank you all so much!

Highly recommend Zapp Electric! We quoted three different electricians for some upgrades in our home. I had a feeling that one of them may have been trying to gouge us, so I sent their quote to Zapp. Zach from Zapp explained everything to us in a way we could understand without putting the other company down. We decided to go with Zapp after having them recommended by someone else. They installed a whole new inside panel and some new outlets. We also had some issues since our house was built in 1959, and they worked extra heard to troubleshoot them for us. If you're looking for a fair, hard-working, and responsible electrician, look no further.

Updated on 5/25/22: Zapp installed an outdoor outlet in advance of our tankless water heater installation. Last night, the plumber got the water heater installed, but the outlet didn't have power. This was discovered around 8pm. I called Zach from Zapp to let him know, and he said he would be at our house in about 30 minutes since he was in Cherryville. Next thing I know, his counterpart Eric pulls up in our driveway. This was about 5 minutes after my phone call to Zach! Eric diagnosed the issue, it turned out to be a faulty ground fault outlet. He had it fixed in about 10 minutes. So from the time I called Zach to having the issue corrected was less than 30 minutes!

Adam was great. He explained everything and walked me thru the entire process. Because of this experience I would definitely hire Father and Son Electric again and recommend them to everyone.

Treatment as a tech was horrible

My neighbor hired Al to replace rotted siding and trim on the outside of the front of his house and install outside lighting and a new electrical outlet. I had been helping my neighbor (who is not able to work on his home) with some small projects on his home. I knew of Al's professional reputation and suggested my neighbor hire him which my neighbor did. This was a project my neighbor wanted done and I knew it was beyond my experience level and knowledge to attempt this on my own.

I was able to assist Al on some of the siding that needed an extra pair of hands. (I've done minor home repair and remodeling myself as a non-professional for 40+ yrs & some lay person's knowledge.) So, I was on site the entire time and was able to see Al's work through the entire process. While not a large job, Al treated his work with the importance and dedication as though it was a truly important job that he valued doing. (Al replaced about 100 sq feet of siding.)

I must say Al does incredibly excellent work!! He explained the reasons for some of his construction strategy which greatly impressed me with how well he thinks through projects like this. He works efficiently and demonstrates a very high standard of excellence!

The price was extremely reasonable for my neighbor to be able to afford to hire Al. My neighbor and myself both believe my neighbor got more than his money's worth out of this job! Excellent work & great value cost wise.

Al's knowledge and expertise was just superb! He has a remarkably professional and amicable can do attitude with the experience and knowledge to back it up. He communicates a professional confidence in his manner that is reassuring.

It was a real pleasure to do business with Al. Both my neighbor and myself are super pleased with the high quality of the job and the efficient speed and timeliness that it was done! The front on my neighbors home looks fantastic and the quality of work will have the siding and trim last for many many years to come! Poor customer service. Came out within a day to quote some electrical work, and completed work the same day. That evening we realized the electrical repairs were not working correctly. 2 days later and still no tech to fix their mistakes. First and last time using this company- it’s clear they don’t care about customer service and doing things right.

I have been trying to communicate with this company for the last several weeks. I called several times and told I would receive a call back and nothing. Finally called and spoke with a manager who said they were busy and would get to me last Monday 10/12 from 12-3. No one showed so I called and the lady said the person didn’t show up that day. I have heard nothing from them over this entire week. No apologies or anything. They installed our wiring for new construction David Weekly in Fort Mill and have came out for service previously. Never have I had to chase someone for service and to give them business.. Take your business elsewhere
