Just wanted to say that I have a regular electrician that I absolutely love but was unable to make it and I couldn't wait 7 weeks to rewire the switch outlets I needed to install some smart switches. Ronnie showed up and realized that the issue I was having wasn't as clear cut as we thought and definitely needed some electrical expertise. After rewiring and installing these smart switches, I was able to program them and secure them on my home network and they are functioning as intended. We are having him back in 3 weeks to finish the rest of the house once the remaining switches arrive. Ronnie is now my second favorite electrician and will be using him and highly recommending him to everyone in the Charlotte area who needs a dependable, reasonable and properly priced electrician.

Our hot tub was causing the GFCI breaker to trip and shut down, I need an electrician to look at this ASAP due to the freezing temperatures we have been experiencing lately.

GB Electrical set out Jay to assess the issue. Jay Smith was awesome, polite and very skilled at his craft. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the electronics of the hot tub too!

Jay was able to get the pumps working again to help mitigate any freezing of the pipes and pump until our spa repair tech can get out to replace the heating element. Thanks Jay!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Jabril sorry if spelled wrong. Was first told the problem wouldnt be fixed until monday or possibly later. But he and the electric company was able to find a fix and got me up and running. I am trully grateful what was done especially at a time like this during the world wide pandemic. I love that it's a company that's those it's best too treat you like a family member and not just a number or name of an employee but a friend or family employee. They always looking at ways too invest into their employees with huge saftey fest venue that they pay you too attend and you come in hungry they feed you twice and leave full of information and food, they create an family fun day so your your wife, husband and kids can get an idea of the kind of company you work for that keeps food on the table, and a wonderful Christmas party we're I see grown men walking up with gifts in there hand giving back. I have been trying to communicate with this company for the last several weeks. I called several times and told I would receive a call back and nothing. Finally called and spoke with a manager who said they were busy and would get to me last Monday 10/12 from 12-3. No one showed so I called and the lady said the person didn’t show up that day. I have heard nothing from them over this entire week. No apologies or anything. They installed our wiring for new construction David Weekly in Fort Mill and have came out for service previously. Never have I had to chase someone for service and to give them business.. Take your business elsewhere
