AWESOME SERVICE!!!

I had both an circuit box interconnect and an outlet installed on the side of my home for a portable generator. These guys are very professional and courteous. In addition, these technicians even made a late night (1:30 AM EST) service call at NO CHARGE to me for a problem that was eventually found to be a Duke Energy power line issue. Without hesitation, I HIGHLY recommend these professionals.

I would highly recommend Sky electric. I have used them twice, adding an addition to my house as well as adding a garage. Both times they were knowledgable, fast, clean and well priced.

KG3 was very cooperative and courteus. They were forthright in explaining the job. Their price was very competitive. Some other contractors, because of their brand name, marked up the price by 5x. KG3 completed the job expertly, quickly and economically. A growth edge could be replacing items in my garage to their proper place and be a little neater with caulking around the new outlet. I will use them again!

Bobby was great- came highly recommend on nextdoor. Most other electricians wouldn't even return my call, but he reached out same day I left a message.
We had to move a light fixture a short distance and hung a chandelier on a plaster ceiling. He was very clear about options and what'd be involved so we could make an informed decision (cutting new holes in plaster can be tricky). He did a great job and I'll definitely be calling him again the next time I need electrical help. Chandelier looks great!

Tried to call to get assistance with resolving an electrical issue. First call as I was introducing myself I got hung up on, second call the receptionist was very rude and rushed me off of the phone because she was on an important business call. I've always worked customer service and the customer always comes first, unacceptable treatment.

Henry is the best! I needed an electrician last minute and quick. A friend referred him and the rest is history! He came out on a Tuesday to take a look and was back on Thursday for installation. He did a fantastic job, very professional, and reasonably priced! It has been difficult finding people who keep their word and do quality work. He definitely knocked this out of the park and I would use his services again! I recommend Henry to anyone who needs electrical work completed!

DO NOT CALL.I've always heard horror stories about companies trying to rip off stay at home moms when it comes to home services but this was the first time I experienced it. Shame on you. I hope NO ONE tries to pull this on your daughters or wives.They attempted to charge me $442 to swap out a range outlet with a dryer outlet. The part itself is only $35 at Home Depot. This is one of the EASIEST fixes in the home. It takes roughly 3 minutes to complete. I am blown away by the fact that your company thought you could take advantage of me like that! Little did you know, my family owns laundromats and I can do this job in my sleep. I simply outsourced it because I am very busy today and I just wanted to make it easier on myself.Again, to any consumers, do not call. Do not give them your business.

Powersource installed and continues to maintain our whole house generator unit. They did a great job and we’ve been very happy, especially when the power goes out! ?

My neighbor hired Al to replace rotted siding and trim on the outside of the front of his house and install outside lighting and a new electrical outlet. I had been helping my neighbor (who is not able to work on his home) with some small projects on his home. I knew of Al's professional reputation and suggested my neighbor hire him which my neighbor did. This was a project my neighbor wanted done and I knew it was beyond my experience level and knowledge to attempt this on my own.

I was able to assist Al on some of the siding that needed an extra pair of hands. (I've done minor home repair and remodeling myself as a non-professional for 40+ yrs & some lay person's knowledge.) So, I was on site the entire time and was able to see Al's work through the entire process. While not a large job, Al treated his work with the importance and dedication as though it was a truly important job that he valued doing. (Al replaced about 100 sq feet of siding.)

I must say Al does incredibly excellent work!! He explained the reasons for some of his construction strategy which greatly impressed me with how well he thinks through projects like this. He works efficiently and demonstrates a very high standard of excellence!

The price was extremely reasonable for my neighbor to be able to afford to hire Al. My neighbor and myself both believe my neighbor got more than his money's worth out of this job! Excellent work & great value cost wise.

This good review is truly well-deserved. I found your website through a simple web search and a prayer as I have been having other unfavorable experiences with other home repair services in Charlotte. I currently live in Georgia, so it is a challenge to find reliable people at a distance.
I called Paul Kerr and he and his team were at my place the next day beginning the repairs. They found lots of water damage but were honest about what it would take to fix it. More importantly, they did so in a very fast , efficient, and professional manner. I received photographs of every step and this was reassuring.

Kris did an amazing job, answered all my questions thoroughly and was very kind.

Extremely unprofessional and rude. Has a nasty mouth and did not sufficiently do the repairs. Would not recommend at all.

I scheduled an appointment with one of their technicians (Robby) but he was a no call-no show. I called him and left a voice mail on his cell phone, asking if he was going to be making it but he never called me back. When I called into the office, the lady that answered the phone indicated that the technicians set their own schedule so I'd just have to speak with him about it.

Pretty poor customer service all around.
