Michael & Son is by far one of the most trustworthy companies around. We're in the process of replacing our HVAC and Ryan was incredibly knowledgable of the problems we were having and honest in his recommendations. I'm no expert so he easily could have upsold us on equipment we didnt really need for our home. But he went through explaining our current issues, how they related to each component of our HVAC system, and showed us physical evidence on the unit that supported his hypothesis. It was like a crash course in HVAC with zero sales pressure, making me feel way more comfortable handling such a major purchase decision. Garrett showed up for that appointment on time and thoroughly explained every step he was going to take to do the installs and what components were needed to make it happen. He was a trooper, baking in our attic for a couple hours to get everything up and running. He left our house as neat as when he came in and was incredibly polite throughout the whole process.Needless to say, their team has earned us as lifelong customers.Edit: Had another great experience with Ricky doing our annual inspection. He pointed out that another employee had inadvertently damaged our board but that it'll be replaced free under warranty. They could have easily covered that up since it was still operating, but they're replacing it anyway. Plus more stars for standup integrity and character in the way they do business. He came as the last call on a holiday weekend and worked tirelessly on the install. He really knows his craft and what it means to be a professional. I called Acosta and explained to them that I probably needed a new HVAC system and would like to have have a tech come out and give me a quote and to see if my unit could be fixed for a fair rate. I ended up getting billed $100 for 15 minutes of looking around and saying I needed a new unit, and didn't get a quote. I called the office, they said it would take a week to get someone out. So I spent $100 for nothing, and then had to replace my unit from another company because they couldn't come out. They told me they would send someone out to give me a quote, never did, instead a tech charged me $100 for telling me I need a new unit. That's not what I would call service
