We had been without power for 24hrs. The electrician, Tommy did an excellent job of replacing my sons main circuit and installing a surge protector. We could have waited to see if the circuit breaker would work ok but it was ok but it was old and we didn’t want to be fooling around with us. Best service , price and quiality

I had a great experience with IRV Plumbing and specifically Robert Green who was the technician that came out to assist us. He was very polite, professional and patient with all my questions. He also did a very thorough job inspecting out water heater and making a recommendation on what our next steps should be. Would absolutely recommend IRV and I hope you get Robert.

I’ve called these guys a few times now. First after a lightning strike, they fixed everything and got everything up and running and assisted with insurance verbiage. Then at my new house installed a subpanel in my garage. Every time they come out they are professional and do a fantastic job. I DIY as much as I can, they’ll install anything I feel is over my head but will explain what I need to do if I’m going to do it myself. I had another electrician (hired by someone else) that couldn’t figure out a problem. Lou troubleshot it, told me how to fix it, and I was able to finish the job I needed. This company is a gem and I’ll never use anyone else.

John came on time and was polite and friendly. He moved his truck when I told him the new washer I ordered might be coming. He was careful to explain what he was doing as he worked - he knows his heating and cooling stuff and he is a Pittsburgh Steelers fan! He is a very capable guy.

I have been requesting a call from Chris with Arc Electric for several weeks and he is not responsive. Just to give a quick ex: He told me 3 weeks ago he would call me on the following Monday, he did not! Then when I tried him again last week he said he was out of town, today he is telling me he is sick and will not be available until next week. He acts like he is doing me a favor by calling me. I have been dealing with him doing this for over a year!! ? What should have been a job to finish in a few months is now going into way over a year!!!! A year + of waiting for him to call, email and attend to each different phase of the job! Worse experience EVER.
I understand Covid delays, but I don’t understand not wanting to call back. Very unprofessional!
