Jimmy, Paul and Shannon did a great job installing our LED recessed lighting on our main level and in our basement, which has very high ceilings.They were professional and priced reasonably. They worked quickly and communicated with us very well to complete the project. I would highly recommend them for all your electrical needs. We hope to do a few more projects with them in the future.

Maddi and Aaron were both very attentive to my tight schedule for getting an estimate completed. I feel that the estimate is fair and complete. I plan to schedule the repairs early next year.

Bates sent us Thomas Rivera and we couldn't be more satisfied with his work. He was not only punctual, but he was extremely professional, yet friendly. He took the time to answer every question we had about the job he completed. He performed a general inspection of the main power panel to verify that everything was OK (we just bought the house and wanted some peace of mind), installed some smoke alarms, some floodlights outside in the backyard (he used a long ladder to get just below the roof on the second floor), and a brand new chandelier. He did everything smoothly and fast. It is clear that he is very knowledgeable and experienced on what he does. Once he was done, he even asked us for a broom and cleaned everything before he left. We would definitely recommend Bates and Thomas to everyone.
