I signed up for a 'gold member' service plan (or something like that) that got me a year's worth of AC/Heat inspections, a plumbing inspection and an electrical inspection, plus a discount on new work & a warranty on existing components. It turned out to be a good investment for me this year as we were shaking out some AC problems. Jonathan came for the electrical inspection and found a bad breaker, a loose outlet connection and did the install of a whole-house surge protector. As usual with Michael and Sons, they gave a complete estimate up front, got approval for the work, took good care of the issues and cleaned up properly (even wearing little booties in the house to keep from tracking dirt in). The expense when done was just as estimated and I was very happy with the work.

We had three 20-yr old water heaters replaced and a faucet repaired in prep for a home sale. IRV service, professionalism, and personnel were outstanding! Robert, the lead plumber on our job, not only did great work, but left our home pristine after job completion. I would rehire these folks 100 out of 100 times.

He was very knowledgable, the price was very fair, and the quality of work was excellent. I am very happy Paul was able to help me with my repair needs. I called several people before Paul, and none delivered near the same type of service Paul did. I will definitely use him again!

Bought a faucet at Home Depot and paid for installation. Progressive was who they sent. The service person was on time, knowledgeable, personable and professional. In these days this was a breath of fresh air. I liked him so well I asked for his company card in case we needed a plumber again
