KG3 was very cooperative and courteus. They were forthright in explaining the job. Their price was very competitive. Some other contractors, because of their brand name, marked up the price by 5x. KG3 completed the job expertly, quickly and economically. A growth edge could be replacing items in my garage to their proper place and be a little neater with caulking around the new outlet. I will use them again!

I needed some electrical work done i.e. addtional GFCI outlets, addtional breakers installed, outdoor lighting and whole house surge protection. I received 4 qoutes and went with Mr. Electric of Gastonia. They were the most knowledgeable and understood my needs. They are friendly and professional. I would certainly use them again for any future projects and highly recommend them to anyone looking for prompt, professional service.

We hired ARC Electric for a big project that included installing all house smart switches/panel inspection/existing light fixtures replacement, etc.. The decision was based on the positive reviews and the fact that our neighbors worked with them building their house next door.

Our experience with the company didn't meet anticipated expectations; four days into the project they completely dropped out leaving equipment and half of the work behind with no further communication. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the company to anyone.
